我也是超级超级敏感肌，19，坐标北京。
现在好不容易不太过敏了。建议你先是别用洗面奶，至少早上不用，晚上可以用一些温和的洗面奶。而且不知道亲多大了，那个lamer传奇面霜我用着觉得营养太过丰富，不推荐年轻的宝宝用。我妈妈用着觉得还不错。haba油比较万能，可以用来乳化面霜，效果很不错，保湿什么的做的都挺好的，我空瓶过一瓶，夏天会觉得有一些油。

敏感肌最重要的就是不作死啦，清洁面膜什么的通通扔掉，面膜也少敷吧。给皮肤一个长长的周期让他自己修复。希望我们都不过敏～～
