我也是超級超級敏感肌，19，坐標北京。
現在好不容易不太過敏了。建議你先是別用洗面奶，至少早上不用，晚上可以用一些溫和的洗面奶。而且不知道親多大了，那個lamer傳奇面霜我用著覺得營養太過豐富，不推薦年輕的寶寶用。我媽媽用著覺得還不錯。haba油比較萬能，可以用來乳化面霜，效果很不錯，保濕什麼的做的都挺好的，我空瓶過一瓶，夏天會覺得有一些油。
另外推一個我已經用了4瓶的面霜，珂潤的敏感肌面霜，超級超級好用，而且平價，修復功能挺強大的，我有的時候晚上臉上泛紅癢癢的，厚塗一層早上起來就好了。
敏感肌最重要的就是不作死啦，清潔面膜什麼的通通扔掉，面膜也少敷吧。給皮膚一個長長的周期讓他自己修復。希望我們都不過敏～～
